Walk, Run & More is about helping people of ALL abilities enjoy a more active lifestyle. Because really...exercise doesn't have to hurt. We all need to be and stay active and in order to do that we need footwear that helps us avoid injury. It's pretty simple! Besides, who said that athletic wear can't match?
Owner: Lisa Lauzon - born and raised in Grande Prairie, avid but slow runner and active member of the GP Run/Walk club. She enjoys marathons and is currently training for a spring marathon. Lisa believes that even athletic clothes can be fun!
